Marcial Negron Calder is the co- founder of Hispanic and American Alliance Community Services. He has a vast experience working with non-profit agencies, making fundraising, coordination of services, and marketing. Mr. Negron Calder aspires to make the Alliance the support services center for the diverse communities in the Western Mass area.
