Dr. Yesenia Garcia Velez is the President and Director of Hispanic & American Alliance Community Services Inc. Studied on Carlos Albizu University, San Juan Campus achieving a Master degree and a Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology. Dr. Garcia Velez has had enough professional experience working as a clinician in many community agencies in Massachusetts state. Dr. Garcia Velez is the founder of Hispanic and American Alliance, and her work has been highlighted in other agencies of community services in Puerto Rico and Massachusetts. Dr. Garcia Velez has been the director of Centros Psicoeducativos de Puerto Rico, and Happy Faces Counseling Services.
